How it works: Set the Grader and Tier per card row. Cards sharing the same grader + tier are grouped into one PSA submission and become one line item on your Shopify order. Mark that line item fulfilled in Shopify when that batch returns and the customer picks it up.

Payment is collected upfront at drop-off. Each submission group becomes one line item on your Shopify order. When a batch returns from PSA, mark that line item fulfilled in Shopify — employees can then see what's ready for pickup just by looking up the customer.

Payment & Shipping

Return shipping & any PSA upcharges are invoiced when your cards return, based on insured/declared value. In-store pickup is always free.

Terms & Signature

    PSA fees and selected add-ons are collected upfront at drop-off. Return shipping and any PSA upcharges are invoiced when your cards come back.

    Return shipping cost depends on the number of cards returning and their insured/declared value. In-store pickup is free.

    Shoeless Joe's is not liable for loss or damage beyond the insurance carried on return shipment. Insurance is a service, not an admission of liability.

    Shoeless Joe's is not responsible for grades received. PSA grading is subjective; no specific grade is guaranteed.

    Grades and cards will not be released until all fees are paid in full.

    Orders not collected within 6 months of return will be considered forfeited. We'll contact you when items arrive and at 3 months.

    Cards spanning multiple service tiers will be split into separate PSA submissions — each with its own ID and return timeline.
