    Payment is collected upfront at drop-off. If PSA applies upcharges, any balance will be collected at pickup.

    $500 insurance included per order. Additional insurance available at $1 per $100 of declared value.

    Shoeless Joe's is not liable for loss or damage beyond insurance coverage. Insurance is a service, not an admission of liability.

    Shoeless Joe's is not responsible for grades received. PSA grading is subjective; no specific grade is guaranteed.

    Grades and cards will not be released until all fees are paid in full.
  • 6
    Orders not collected within 6 months of return will be considered forfeited. We'll contact you when items arrive and at 3 months.
  • 7
    Cards spanning multiple service tiers will be split into separate PSA submissions — each with its own ID and return timeline.
